This 50sq.m apartment on Reuterstraße, on the third floor of an apartment building is ideal for one person or a couple and is split into a kitchen, bathroom, and two other rooms. The rooms are of different sizes (see pictures), so that they can be divided into a bedroom and a living room. But of course a shared apartment is also possible.
It is south facing, and thus gets the sun most of the day, and has a large balcony that is perfect in the summer. Outside, there is a shared garden space and a shed for bicycles.
There is a lot of storage space within the apartment, as well as additional space in the attic, where there is an installation space for a washing machine.
The kitchen is installed (except the fridge), and the apartment will come unfurnished. However there are a few items that I may consider leaving.
The apartment is located close to the the University of Bonn and the Botanic garden, and the bars and restaurants of Poppelsdorf and Sdstadt are close by. There are also numerous supermarkets, bakeries etc. within a short walking distance.
It is about 20 min walking to Bonn HBF, but bus connections in Poppelsdorf are less than 5 mins away.
There are three apartments per floor. The community is very mixed: from student flat shares to young couples and pensioners. But overall it is very relaxed.
The apartment is available from 1 March 2025.
Warm rent is 895 eur, excluding internet and electricity.
