Hallo,
wir ziehen für 3 Monate nach München und bieten daher unsere Wohnung in Bonn zur Untermiete an. Unsere Wohnung ist zentral, direkt am Rhein gelegen. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet (Haushaltsgeräte, Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, etc.).
Da wir selbst an den Zeitraum (01.11 - 31.01) gebunden sind, sind wir leider nicht flexibel was diesen angeht.
Daher bestätigt diesen bitte kurz in eurer Anfrage.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Bonn gelegen. Geht man aus der Haustür befindet man sich direkt am Rhein.
Die Fußgängerzone im Zentrum ist fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar, die nächste Bus- und Bahnstation 5 min.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés sind in direkter Nähe.

Wir wohnen sehr gerne hier, daher wäre es uns wichtig, dass sorgsam mit der Wohnung und unseren Möbeln umgegangen wird.
