The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living-room that has been turned into a second bedroom. I am currently occupying the main bedroom, so the living-room/bedroom would be the one to be rented. The room has plenty of storage space, a sofa, a desk, a coffee table. If needed, you could buy the window drapes, bed frame and mattress from the person leaving the room. (20euro for the drapes and 150euro for the bed frame and mattress).
The other rooms of the house are the kitchen with a table that could potentially service a small gathering of friends, hallway and bathroom.
The house is located on the second floor of an apartment building, with a driveway to park bicycles and private parking that is included in the rent. The apartment also has an elevator.
The building is located pretty much in between the University of Bolzano and NOI TechPark, so it's especially ideal for students who would need to also work in NOI.
There is a Despar supermarket at 5 minute walk and a pharmacy exactly opposite of the building.
Finally, bus stops for both directions of bus lines 110 / 111 are within 1min walk of the apartment, on Via Roma
Hi there, my name is Costas (short for Konstantinos), I'm Greek and I'm about to enter the 2nd year of my PhD.
I am a quiet person, who focuses on keeping my space clean and tidy, and on a weekday I would usually be in my room chilling after work. On weekends I usually stay in Bolzano, but could go for a hike with friends in the general area.
