zum 1. April wird unsere 2 Zimmer-Wohnung in der Kornstraße 100 frei und Wir suchen zur Zeit Nachmieter
Die Wohung hat ca. 50m², zwei Zimmer (Durchgangszimmer, nicht WG-Geeignet), Küche, große Duschbad, indem Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Kosten:
_ 310 Euro Kalt
_ 40 Euro Nebenkosten für 2 Personen
_ ca. 100€ Strom & Gas für 2 Personen
_ Summe: 450€ Warm
_ Kaution: 750€
Wir suchen Nachmieter, die meine Möbel übernehmen. Der Preis liegt bei 400 Euro. Hier alle Faktebelbeln:
_ Große Kleiderschrank
_ Waschmaschischne
_ Mikrowelle
_ Kühlschrank
_ Doppelbett & Matrazen
_ Schlafsofa.
_ einige Regal
_ 2 Schreibtisch & Drehstuhl
Desweiteren wäre es gut wenn mögliche Nachmieter einige Möbel wie zB Lampen, viele Geschirre, Pfanne Vorhänge etc. abkaufen würde. Alle Möbel sind sehr gut erhalten. Aber schaut euch die Wohnung einfach an und entscheidet dann, was übernommen werden soll und was nicht.
Außerdem die 16MB Internetanschluss ist Sofort Vorhanden. Kosten 19,90 € p. Monat . Wir bitte um meine Internetanschluss übernehmen.
