Hi folks,
I am looking for a 2 or 2.5 room flat for one person, ideally bright and open layout, for long-term available immediately next week (August). Here is a list of what I am looking for:
equipped kitchen;
larger than 70m^2,
bathroom with a bathtub;
no ground floor;
good light: at least the big bedroom is south or east facing;
I will be a researcher with the AWI, so hopefully within 15 min walking distance;
if the flat is really nice, price would not be a big issue.
