The apartment also has a terrace that is large enough to comfortably sit with friends. There are several parks in the area, one of which has a running track right next to it.
The apartment is perfect for anyone looking for a place to relax and forget the stresses of everyday life.

Very quiet area. 5 minutes' walk from the Pöttyös utca metro station. A total of 15 minutes by metro from Semmelweis University.
There are numerous shopping opportunities such as Lidl, Spar, DM, bakeries, greengrocers and the post office are within a few minutes' walk. There is a large shopping centre “Shopmark” right in the area, with lots of shops to buy everything you need.
Last but not least, a MolBubi bicycle station is located not far from the apartment.

All the tenants we have had in the apartment so far have been very satisfied. What they particularly liked was living in a family-friendly area with little traffic. In addition, the parks and the many trees create a wonderful, natural atmosphere. You can have super enjoyable cooking evenings with friends in the apartment and lead a really balanced life.
