Hi, Ich fange ab Oktober in Burghausen an zu studieren und bin momentan auf Wohnungssuche. Da es wenige freie wg zimmer gibt und Wohnungen alleine meist zu teuer sind dachte ich mir, dass ich eine eigene wg aufmache.
Ich habe verschiedene potenzielle Vermieter kontaktiert und hole mir gerade Angebote rein. Preislich alles unter 400€ pro Person, besser 300€ (warm).
Zwei bis drei personen und maximal 20km von Burghausen entfernt.
Ich bin männlich, 19 Jahre alt, die Mitbewohner sollten maximal 30 Jahre alt sein, besser mein Alter oder etwas älter. Ich habe Erfahrung mit Haushalt, kann kochen, putzen, ordnung halten.
