Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine tolle Wohnung, direkt auf dem Sonnenberg.
Es ist eine Küchenzeile vorhanden und ein freistehendes Kochfeld sowie eine Spülmaschine. Die Küchenzeile inkl. Spülmaschine und Kochfeld möchte ich gerne gegen eine kleine Ablöse weitergeben, da ich mit meinem Partner in eine Wohnung ziehe und wir bereits all das besitzen. Es gibt weitere Möbelstücke wie bspw. das Schwerlastregal in der Küche, Schreibtisch, Bürostühle, Kallax Regale, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank die übernommen werden können aber nicht müssen.
Durch den naturfarbenen Laminatboden ist die Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich und durch die Grösse ist die Wohnung schnell geheizt. Auch die Badewanne ist ein toller Zusatz.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof und Busanbindungen sind noch näher. Ausserdem sind Lidl und verschiedene kleine Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke. Auch das Sachsen Center ist nicht weit.
