Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Eine Einbauküche ist in der Wohnung vorhanden und muss übernommen werden (ohne Auslöse, denn die EBK ist vom Vermieter gestellt).

die wohnung ist nur 15 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Auch befindet sich ein Netto in einer Gehminute von der Haustür entfernt. In die Innenstadt fährt man mit der Bahn ca 5 minuten und mit dem Bus ca 7 Minuten. Außerdem befinden sich zahlreiche kulinarische Angebote in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Der Hinterhof ist auch ordentlich und ruhig. Im Sommer ist die EG wohnung sehr schön kühl und hält im Winter die Wärme in der Wohnung. Besonders die Höhen Fenster geben der Wohnung eine einzigartige Atmosphäre.
Alle Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und offen. Auch das Haus wird immer in Ordnung gehalten und es gab bislang keine Ruhestörungen. Ein Parkplatz hat man auch immer direkt vor der Tür.
Gern können einige Möbelstücke/ Geräte zu einem fairen Preis übernommen werden. Eine Abstimmung erfolgt dann bei der Zusage.
