Die Wohnung ist in einem 2-Familienhaus im OG und DG, mit Garten. Eigener Parkplatz.

(Die Wohnung hat 2 große Zimmer, ein kleinerse Zimmer, Bad mit WC, Küche incl. Möbel und Balkon.)
Im Flur geht eine Treppe in den ausgebauten Dachboden, in dem sich 2 weitere kleinere Schrägzimmer befinden.
In dieser Wohnug wohnte mein Sohn wärend seines Studiums mit 2 weiteren Komilitoninnen.
Die Quadratmeterzahl kann ich ad hoc nicht genau beziffern. O. g. Angaben sind geschätzt (mindestens 90 m²!!!), bei Interesse kann ich es nachholen.
Fenster und Heizung sind neu.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zellbach 7a.
Die Nebenkosten sind natürlich verbrauchsabhängig.
