The apartment is generally very bright and generously sized for two people. The bathroom of the apartment has a bathtub, a toilet and a sink, and a west-facing window.
The kitchen is no longer the most modern, but works perfectly. There is also a washing machine and a clothesline in the apartment.
There is also a storage room.
The two rooms have approximately equal sizes (17 m2) and they are both located to south-west. One of the two rooms is already furnished the other one is empty. The first room includes one bed frame, one mattress, one working desk, two chairs, a wardrobe and a bedside table. These items are sold for 650 €. The Apartment is perfect for sharing because the two rooms have equal sizes.
The Kaltmiete includes only water. Gas, electricity and internet have to paid separately and it should be approximately 100 euros as shown.
The apartment is located in the pedestrian zone of Darmstadt. The TU can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes, Luisenplatz in about 4 minutes. There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the area. Various cinemas and the State Theater are also just around the corner.
There is no parking place for the car available.
