Cosy apartment in Darmstadt

The apartment features two rooms, one small kitchen, one balcony and a bathroom, arranged around a central corridor. Located at the last floor (3rd floor without lift) next to Rossdorfer Platz. The apartment takes sun all day long and it's quite calm even tho on a busy street. The balcony and the bedroom face the courtyard. A shared bike park is available next to the main door and a cellar is available upon agreement with the landlady.

It's possible to move in the apartment from the last week of December even tho the renting contract will start on the 1st of January. Electricity and internet are not included and a contract must be open on your name.
Most of the apartment is rented unfurnished. In the kitchen: sink, stove, oven and cabinets come with the apartment. But additional wooden surfaces, foldable table and sliding door have to be bought separately from the tenants (250€).
