Die Zimmer sind jeweils 14qm groß, gleich geschnitten und durch große Fenster (vor allem morgens) lichtdurchflutet. Der Boden ist aus hellen Dielen, die Wände sind weiß verputzt.
Die Küche ist vom Vermieter mit einer neuen EBK ausgestattet, und auch die Waschmaschine hat hier ihren Platz gefunden. Das helle Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Um das Haus herum ist viel Wiese, und der Woog ist zum Baden im Sommer im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes direkt um die Ecke. Im der Nachbarschaft befindet sich z.B. das "Café Lotte" oder das "Café Woog".
Im Haus wohnen so gut wie nur junge Leute, vor allem Pärchen.
Die Bushaltestelle "Beckstraße" ist in 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Von hier fährt der K-Bus Richtung TU Lichtwiese/Mensa oder Hauptbahnhof. Die Haltestelle "Woog" (Buslinien 671, 672, 673, K 55, K 56 oder K 85) ist etwa 5-6 Minuten entfernt.
Parken ist im gesamten Viertel möglich und kostenlos.
Vor allem der Woog, die Mathildenhöhe, der Botanische Garten und der Campus TU Lichtwiese sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen, und zum Luisenplatz läuft man auch nur etwa 15 Minuten.
