Students Couple Seeking Accommodation

Quiet, non-smoking couple with sober habits. We are seeking a furnished apartment or studio with EBK.
We are moving to Deggendorf from South Africa and studying at DIT.

We are both neat individuals and would look to sign a lease for 3 months or longer depending on the arrangements.
We are reliable and trustworthy. All we need is basic furnishings like a bed, cupboard and couch (if the apartment has a living).
We are open to various arrangements such as a two room student apartment even if it means seperate bedrooms, or an attick apartment.

Our preferred budget is 700€ incl. But we might be willing to adjusy this based on the offer.
