Ich biete 1 Dachzimmer an mit Balkon in Twistringen.
Sonst verfügt die Wohnung über ein Wasch/Abstellraum, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, Küche und Badezimmer mit Wanne.
Einen Kamin gibt es auch, der ist im Wohn- und Essbereich.
Bei der Kaltmiete ist schon alles mit drin.
Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom und Telefon/Internet.
Im Haus gibt es 6 Partein, alle eigentlich ganz freundlich :)
In Twistringen ist zwar nicht soviel los, aber man kommt dennoch gut überall hin :)
- Friseur & Rathaus in 5 Geh Minuten zu erreichen
- Post, Apotheke, Supermärtke in 10 Geh Minuten zu erreichen
- Bahnhof 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, Nordwest-Bahn braucht 30 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Bremen (mit dem Auto ein wenig mehr)
- wer Natur kommt auch auf seine Kosten
Ich selbst heiße Jessica und bin 23 Jahre jung ;)
und mache eine Ausbildung in Twistringen.
Für das WG-Leben würden wir dann natürlich am besten ein Putzplan aufstellen! Man muss auch alle 6 Wochen das Treppenhaus fegen/wischen.
Falls ihr noch Fragen habt oder euch das gerne mal anschauen wollt könnt ihr euch ja einfach mal melden per Mail. Die lese ich wenigstens immer, auch wenn ich keine Zeit hab :)
