From 11/2014 to 06/2015 (at least) furnished flat near Eurocopter

I am a 32 years old engineer for an IT service company which itself works for the Eurocopter company.
I currently live near the French Eurocopter Headquarters.
I have to start a mission in Germany in the Eurocopter German headquarters (Donauwörth). This mission will begin on monday November 17, with a duration of 7 months or 1 year according to the needs.
For this reason, I am looking for the following accommodation :

- Situated in Donauwörth, not too far from Eurocopter headquarters
- Furnished (bed, table, fridge ...)
- With 2 bedrooms if possible

I have the two following employment contracts :

- a French "contrat à durée indéterminée" ("permanent contract") with a salary of 31 400€ gross per year (1900€ per month after taxes)
- a German mission contract for 7 months or 1 year with a salary of 41 000€ gross per year, beginning on November 17 (probably 2100 or 2200€ per month after taxes)

I will arrive in Donauwörth on November 11 or 12. From this date to November 17 I will be looking for accommodations in Donauwörth.

If a furnished accommodation with 2 bedrooms does not exist, I would try to look for an accommodation with 1 bedroom only.

I also would like to know which documents you need. (A copy of my employment contracts ? of my passport ?)
