Große, helle 2 Zimmer - Wohnung im DG. Türen, Heizkörper und Wände sind frisch gestrichen. Bodenbeläge in der Wohnung sind Kork, Laminat und Fliesen. Eine Einbauküche ist vorhanden. Bad mit Fenster und Badewanne. Das Bad und die Küche sind hell gefliest. Eine Abstellkammer und ein kleiner Balkon sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Löttringhausen. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Dortmund, hier ist es ruhig und grün. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten am Campus oder im Technologiepark. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Mit dem RB ist man in 15 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten in Hombruch.
Wir sind von viel Grün umgeben. Man kann gut joggen, radfahren oder mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Ein Parkplatz kann nach Absprache genutzt weren. Ein Platz für die Waschmaschiene kann ebenfalls bereitgestellt werden. In Löttringhausen gibt es einen Edeka.
