Saarland street quarters! Many cafés, restaurants, pubs. Stadium and Westfalenpark are within walking distance.
The nearest bus stop is 2min away. S-Bahn and subway stop "Stadtgarten" is 5min walk.
The next rewe is reached in 2min.
The neighborhood is a very lively neighborhood - it is very nice here to walk through the streets and let yourself be driven.

For the apartment you don't need to bring much: there is a built-in wardrobe, shelves, a kitchen, a mirror cabinet in the bathroom, a fixedly installed bed (140x200). If you like, I also leave you my table and armchair and the little blue cupboard (see photo).

Important: I am the current renter and agree visits. If everything fits, I will pass a maximum of 3 applicants to the landlord; the decision then falls.

Für die Wohnung brauchst du nicht viel mitbringen: es gibt einen Einbauschrank, Regale, eine Küche, einen Spiegelschrank im Bad, ein fest installiertes Bett (140x200). Wenn du magst, hinterlasse ich dir auch meinen Tisch und Sessel und das kleine blaue Schränkchen (s. Foto).

Wichtig: ich bin die aktuelle Mieterin und vereinbare Besichtigungen. Wenn alles passt, leite ich dann max. 3 Bewerber*innen an die Vermieterin weiter; die Entscheidung fällt dann sie.
