my name is Lena, my friend Florian and I (both 27) looking for a 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of the city or with good connection. Florian studies law, I have a Bachelor in Social Work and is currently doing a Master in Social Sustainability. In addition to my studies, I work in the early medical education. We are a friendly, reliable and responsible couple that places great emphasis on a harmonious and cozy home. A well-maintained living environment and respectful handling of the apartment are of course for us. Our financial situation is secured – through my work, Florian's studies with the support and a guarantee of our parents. In our leisure time we like to cook, are active athletic, enjoy long walks and explore the city. We place great emphasis on sustainability and want to maintain this lifestyle in our apartment. A bright, well-cut apartment with balcony would be ideal, but we are also open to various offers. We look forward to finding a home in the long term and would be very grateful for a visit. mein Name ist Lena, mein Freund Florian und ich (beide 27) suchen eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt oder mit guter Anbindung. Florian studiert Jura, ich habe einen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit und mache derzeit einen Master in sozialer Nachhaltigkeit. Neben meinem Studium arbeite ich in der heilpädagogischen Frühförderung. Wir sind ein freundliches, zuverlässiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Paar, das großen Wert auf ein harmonisches und gemütliches Zuhause legt. Ein gepflegtes Wohnumfeld und ein respektvoller Umgang mit der Wohnung sind für uns selbstverständlich. Unsere finanzielle Situation ist gesichert – durch meine Berufstätigkeit, Florians Studium mit Unterstützung und eine Bürgschaft unserer Eltern. In unserer Freizeit kochen wir gerne, sind sportlich aktiv, genießen lange Spaziergänge und erkunden die Stadt. Wir legen großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit und möchten auch in unserer Wohnung diesen Lebensstil pflegen. Eine helle, gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon wäre ideal, aber wir sind auch offen für verschiedene Angebote.
