Beautiful old building in the middle of the new town

The apartment is located in the middle of the new town, to the Louisenstraße stop (lines 7 and 8) you need max. 1 min and the Albertplatz (from which everything else goes, about 7 min). The line 8 also goes directly to the university if you have the 20min cycle path too long or the weather does not play again. The Dresdner Heide can be reached on foot in 10 min and net, Bio Company, Rewe, Lidl are all right around the corner.
Around the block you will be rewarded with numerous pubs, bars, cafes, diner shops, restaurants etc.
Bicycles can be parked directly in the house and if you have a car, there are free parking options on the other side of the street.

Since the apartment is currently registered as a social apartment, a residence permit is required. This can be created free of charge at the Office. As Studi, that's not a problem.

In January there is an advance of the apartment. In the best case, the landlords could come directly to get to know the landlord.
