This bright apartment in Neustadt consists of 3 rooms, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that faces the inner courtyard, and a bathroom with a bathtub. It is a versatile apartment suitable for a couple, a small family, or a 3-person flat share.
The kitchen is around 17 m2 and is the heart of the flat. We are looking for someone interested in buying the entire kitchen; stove, oven, cabinets, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, couch, and dining table (250 euros for everything, negotiable).
The rooms are also very cozy and spacious (around 17 m2). If you are interested in buying some of the furniture, let us know, and we can discuss the price.
The neighbors are friendly and relaxed. There are a couple of families and a couple of flatshares.
Please note that the price listed here is what we are currently paying; the house management might decide to increase the rent slightly. If you are interested in the flat, we will have to contact them for more details.
The apartment is in a central location - pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, Alaunpark and the tram stop "Bischofsweg" are only a few minutes away.
