Here, however, it is very quiet at the same time, with many young families and pleasant neighbors. The connection to the ÖPNV is optimal as several tram stops only 5 minutes. walking distance. Dresden Neustadt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. Right next door is a Lidl, as well as a beverage trade as well as a late shop, all 2-5 min walk away. As an orientation, to the Alaunstraße, i.e. the center of the Neustadt, you run about 15 min. The way from here to the Dresden Old Town, as well as other city hastes is also short and easy to reach. The connection to the highway is also very practical for people with cars.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Leipziger Vorstadt am Rande der Neustadt. Die Lage gefällt mir sehr gut, da man sehr schnell zu Fuß bei den Bars, Clubs und Parks der Neustadt ist, sowie auch an der Elbe. Hier Vor Ort ist es aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, mit vielen jungen Familien und angenehmen Nachbarn. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist optimal da mehrere Straßenbahnhaltestellen sich nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt befinden. Der Bahnhof Dresden Neustadt ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt nebenan ist ein Lidl, sowie ein Getränkehandel als auch ein Spätshop, die alle 2-5 min Fußweg entfernt sind. Als Orientierung, zur Alaunstraße, also dem Zentrum der Neustadt, läuft man circa 15 min. Der Weg von hier in die Dresdner Altstadt, als auch andere Stadteile ist ebenfalls kurz und einfach zu erreichen. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist für Menschen mit Autos auch sehr praktisch.

I find it a pity if the apartment comes back to the free market and the rent would be immediately increased by, for example, 250 euros a month, as affordable living space has become very difficult nowadays.

Die Wohnung bietet zum einen viel Platz und hat eine sehr gute Lage, zum anderen liegt die Miete dafür im Verhältnis zum Rest der Neustadt deutlich unter dem Durchschnitt. Kein Schimmel oder sonstige Probleme mit Hausverwaltung, Nachbarn, etc. Man könnte beispielsweise als WG oder auch als Paar viel daraus machen. Ich fände es schade, wenn die Wohnung wieder auf den freien Markt kommt und die Miete sofort um beispielweise 250 Euro im Monat erhöht werden würde, da bezahlbarer Wohnraum heutzutage sehr schwer geworden ist.
