wir suchen einen oder zwei Nachmieter für unsere WG Wohnung ab 1.5.2020. Anmietung und Einzug sind evtl. aber auch schon früher möglich.
Die beiden Zimmer von 12m² und 19m² haben große Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Platz für den Anschluss einer Waschmaschine. Die Küchenzeile bleibt drin. Tisch, Stühle und anderer gemeinschaftlicher WG Bestand kann evtl. unentgeldlich übernommen werden. Ansonsten wird die Wohnung unmöbliert übergeben.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller und der gemeinschaftliche Fahrradkeller kann ebenfalls genutzt werden.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 323€ und Nebenkostenvorauszahlung ist 150€, wobei wir da im letzten Jahr sogar etwas zurück erhalten haben. Zudem zahlen wir derzeit 35€ voraus für Strom und das Internet für 35€ kann übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3 OG eines renovierten Altbaus in Löbtau. Die Haltestellen Bünaustraße (Linien 6,7,12) und Burgkstraße (Linien 2, 10, 11) sind jeweils in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen
