My friend and I plan a world trip from November 2025 and would like to rent our fully furnished apartment for up to 12 months. If you are interested, you can stay in a modern, bright and well-equipped apartment on time. As all contracts continue, you don't have to worry about anything.

1. Usage & Equipment
The apartment is 64 m2 large, fully furnished and high quality.

Rooms: living room, bedroom, working room, bathroom, hallway
Technique: TV, Beamer, Wash Dryer, Dishwasher
Work room: height adjustable desk
Balcony: with furniture and electric grill
Heating: underfloor heating

2. Rent
The rent corresponds to our current warm rental plus 10% Furnishing supplement. In addition, there are costs for electricity and WLAN, as our contracts continue. A underground parking space can optionally be booked for 95 € monthly.

The apartment is available from 01.11.2025 for a period of at least 6 months up to 12 months. If you are interested, we are happy to send a sub-rental contract and are ready for questions. We will be happy to discuss details about the use of items in the apartment as well as the deposit if you are interested. We look forward to request!

Mein Freund und ich planen ab November 2025 eine Weltreise und möchten unsere vollmöblierte Wohnung für bis zu 12 Monate untervermieten. Wenn du Interesse hast, kannst du in einer modernen, hellen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung auf Zeit wohnen. Da alle Verträge weiterlaufen, musst du dich um nichts kümmern.

1. Nutzung & Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist 64 m² groß, vollmöbliert und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Räume: Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Arbeitszimmer, innenliegendes Bad, Flur
Technik: TV, Beamer, Waschtrockner, Geschirrspüler
Arbeitszimmer: Höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch
Balkon: mit Sitzmöbeln und Elektrogrill
Heizung: Fußbodenheizung

2. Miete
Die Miete entspricht unserer aktuellen Warmmiete plus 10 % Möblierungszuschlag. Hinzu kommen die Kosten für Strom und WLAN, da unsere Verträge weiterlaufen. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz kann für 95 € monatlich optional dazugebucht werden.

Die Wohnung steht ab dem 01.11.2025 für eine Dauer von mindestens 6 Monaten bis maximal 12 Monaten zur Verfügung. Bei Interesse senden wir gerne einen Untermietvertrag zu und stehen für Fragen bereit.
