Are you looking for a centrally located accommodation near the main railway station on short notice or just day by day? I am happy to share my oasis with you :)

You sleep either on one of my very comfortable mattresses in my hobby room or on my large comfortable sleeping couch (place for 3 people) in the bedroom with balcony. Which space it will be depends on my circumstances. Both rooms are facing the green and quiet courtyard where there is no road. Since both rooms show to the south and green courtyard oasis, you will be able to enjoy plenty of daylight and bird whip. Close the window, it's quiet. You can sleep so much longer as I have recently installed dark curtains.

You also have access to the bathroom that keeps a rain shower ready for you. Here you can do all worries and feel like new born.

You've been eating out in the best case. My kitchen is very small - here I keep up very often. Basically, it should not be a problem after consultation if you want to cook a coffee or tea or bring something to warm up. So far we have always found a solution;) For longer stays, the kitchen can be used.

The entire apartment includes many wood and natural materials as decoration. If you like to stay in the green, you will feel comfortable ;)

Hallo du Lieber, Hallo du Liebe, 🌞

du suchst kurzfristig oder nur tageweise eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und möchtest dich wohlfühlen und in Ruhe schlafen können? Gerne teile ich meine Oase mit dir :)

Du schläft entweder auf einer meiner sehr bequemen Matratzen in meinem Hobbyzimmer oder auf meiner großen bequemen Schlafcoach (Platz für 3 Personen) im Schlafzimmer mit Balkon. Welcher Raum es sein wird, hängt von meinen Umständen ab. Beide Zimmer sind dem grünen und ruhigen Innenhof zugewandt, wo keine Straße ist. Da beide Zimmer zur Südseite und grünen Innenhof-Oase zeigen, wirst du dich über viel Tageslicht und Vögelgezwitscher freuen können. Schließt du das Fenster ist es ruhig. Du kannst so gar länger schlafen, da ich abdunkelnde Vorhänge seit kurzem installiert habe.

Ebenso hast du Zugang zum Bad, die eine Regendusche für dich bereit hält. Hier kannst du alle Sorgen abduschen und dich danach wie neu geboren fühlen.

Gegessen hast du im Besten Fall schon auswärts. Meine Küche ist sehr klein - hier halte ich mich sehr oft auf. Grundsätzlich sollte es nach Absprache aber kein Problem sein, wenn du dir einen Kaffee oder Tee kochen oder etwas zum Warmmachen mitbringen möchtest. Bisher haben wir immer eine Lösung gefunden ;) Bei längeren Aufenthalten kann die Küche mitbenutzt werden.

Die gesamte Wohnung beinhaltet viele Holz und Naturmaterialien als Dekoration. Wenn du dich auch gerne im Grünen aufhältst, dann wirst du dich wohlfühlen ;)

WICHTIG: Da ich privat vermiete und ich mich wohler fühle, wenn ich mir einen Eindruck von dir machen kann, schicke mir doch bitte einen Link zu einem deiner Social Media Kanäle/LinkedIN/XING oder Ähnliches, wenn du einen hast, wo man mehr über dich erfahren kann.
