The apartment is located near the stop of line 3 (Dorothea-Erxleben-Straße). Although the tram is so close, you don't hear it in the apartment itself. The residential area is very nice and quiet. The neighbors are nice, nearby there are several shopping and bakeries.

Die Wohnung liegt unweit an der Haltestelle der Linie 3 (Dorothea-Erxleben-Straße). Obwohl die Tram so nah ist, hört man sie in der Wohnung selbst nicht. Das Wohnviertel ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Nachbarn sind nett, in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäckereien.
