my name is Jakub Jasiński and I come from Poland.

I am a physicist and start from the first = = References = = = = External links = = * Official website That's why I'm looking for an apartment for rent for two years. Shorter stays of e.g. 1 year are also possible for me, as I would have time to change the apartment at a later time.
I'd like to move in with my wife.

I am looking for a furnished 2-room apartment (but I also think of a 1-room apartment with a spacious room). A close proximity or good communication with the TU Dresden would be nice.
I would also like to take a car, so an existing parking lot would be very welcome.

As a foreigner, I cannot apply for a SCHUFA (request now) , but I can instead present either an account statement as proof of sufficient savings or an income certificate, which I have received from the first = = References = = = = External links = = * Official website

I am an open and polite person. If you want to know anything about me, please don't hesitate to ask me. I am also open to an online interview (e.g. by Skype), but my German is not yet very good, so I would prefer English for oral communication.

mein Name ist Jakub Jasiński und ich komme aus Polen.

Ich bin Physiker und beginne ab dem 1. April 2025 einen Postdoc-Vertrag an der TU Dresden, der 2 Jahre dauern wird. Aus diesem Grund suche ich eine Wohnung zur Miete für 2 Jahre. Kürzere Aufenthalte von z.B. 1 Jahr kommen für mich auch in Frage, da ich dann Zeit hätte, die Wohnung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu wechseln.
Ich würde gerne mit meiner Frau zusammenziehen.

Ich suche eine möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ich denke aber auch an eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit einem geräumigen Zimmer). Eine Nähe oder eine gute Kommunikation mit der TU Dresden wäre schön.
Ich würde auch gerne ein Auto mitnehmen, daher wäre ein vorhandener Parkplatz sehr willkommen.

Als Ausländer kann ich keine SCHUFA (request now) beantragen, kann aber stattdessen entweder einen Kontoauszug als Nachweis ausreichender Ersparnisse oder eine Einkommensbescheinigung vorlegen, die ich ab dem 1. April nach Vertragsabschluss an der TU Dresden erhalte.

Ich bin ein offener und höflicher Mensch. Wenn Sie etwas über mich wissen möchten, zögern Sie bitte nicht, mich zu fragen. Ich bin auch offen für ein Online-Interview (z. B. per Skype), allerdings ist mein Deutsch noch nicht sehr gut, daher würde ich für die mündliche Kommunikation Englisch bevorzugen.
