Unsere Nachbarwohnung wird frei und wir suchen nette Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht riesig, aber perfekt geschnitten und sehr hell. Es gibt eine schöne Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewann und Fenster, eine Lodgia und 3 Zimmer, davon 2 nach Süden uns eins nach Norden zum ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen.
Der Bus 90 hält quasi vor der Haustür, ansonsten hat man mit der Tharandter Straße gute Anbindung ins Zentrum und Neustadt. Gleichzeitig ist man auch fix im Grünen auf der Dölzschener Höhe
Wir sind Arne und Arlett mit unserem 6-jährigen Sohn Jaron. Wir freuen uns wenn nebenan nette Menschen einziehen, die die Hausgemeinschaft weiter beleben.
