Die wunderschöne Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock . Der schöne Holzboden macht das wohnen sehr angenehm . Eine vollausgestattete Küche steht euch auch zur Verfügung . Der ruhige Balkon in den Hinterhof ist wunderbar zum entspannen . Eine Badewanne gibt es auch .
Die Wohnung ist in einem ruhigen Viertel gelegen . Zu Fuß ist man allerdings in wenigen Minuten in der Dresdner Neustadt , ein buntes Kneipenviertel . Sie befindet sich ca 3 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Neustadt entfernt, was eine ideale Verkehrsanbindung gewährleistet. Man ist mit ÖPNV ca in 25 min in der Uni . Ideale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls 5 min zu Fuß entfernt und zum spazieren ist man in wenigen Minuten an der Elbe .
Die Wohnung steht erstmal die angegebenen zwei Monate zur Verfügung, es kann allerdings sein , dass sich mein Auslandsaufenthalt noch um weitere zwei Monate verlängert . Das entscheidet sich ca im Februar . Ich würde mich freuen euch kennenzulernen, kommt gern vorbei und schaut euch die Wohnung an . Bei Fragen stehe ich euch gern zur Verfügung. :)
