The apartment is 62sqm with two rooms, kitchen and bathroom. The larger room is about 22qm and the smaller about 15qm. The apartment looks east and south to the Förstereistraße and the Bischofsweg. The apartment is in the 3rd OG and you don't get anything from the neighbors. Both WGs and older and younger couples live in the house as a whole.

The apartment is centrally located in the outer city of Neustadt. Perfectly connected to three tram lines (7, 8, 13). The S-Bahn stop Bischofsplatz and the Neustädter Bahnhof are also within walking distance. Shops like Rewe, net, because and many bakers are within 300m. Many restaurants are also nearby. As a cultural offer is a cinema (the Schauburg), a great bookshop and a ceramic-mal-cafe also within 300m. And the Alaunpark is just two minutes away.

My roommate and I both go abroad next semester and are looking for two rentals for our partially furnished apartment. The apartment remains completely furnished, except in the smaller room only the bed remains. Therefore, the apartment would also fit well for couples.
In addition, there is a closable basement compartment with plenty of space. Bicycles can also be connected in the courtyard.
