Rental for 6 months in the heart of Dresdner Neustadt Untermiete für 6 Monate im Herzen der Dresdner Neustadt

As we go abroad professionally for 6 months, we would like to rent our beautiful 3-room apartment in the new city. We would rent the apartment furnished, the closets would of course be largely free.
There is a living room, a bedroom, a study room with sofa bed (which can also be used as an additional bedroom), a narrow kitchen (with dishwasher), a small bathroom and a balcony to the west side with a wonderful evening sun.

There is a living room, a bedroom, a study with a sofa bed (which can be used as an additional bedroom), a small kitchen (with dishwasher), a small bathroom and a balcony facing west with wonderful evening sun.

Da wir beruflich für 6 Monate ins Ausland gehen, möchten wir unsere schöne 3-Raum-Wohnung in der Neustadt untervermieten. Wir würden die Wohnung möbliert vermieten, die Schränke würden wir natürlich weitgehend frei räumen.
Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer mit Schlafcouch (was auch als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann), eine schmale Küche (mit Spülmaschine), ein kleines Bad und einen Balkon zur Westseite mit wunderbarer Abendsonne.
