The location is really top! Since the apartment is located to the courtyard, which offers a very quiet green view in the middle of the city and yet you have the tram right in front of the front door! In addition, there is subway and s-Bahn station 5 min river walk and by bike you have walked in 10 min on the Rhine, to the Königs Allee in 10 min and the beautiful Volksgarten is also only 5 min away.

The apartment is free from 1.5 to 30.6. and may also have until mid-July.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Herzen Düsseldorf-Bilk. Sie bietet großen hellen offen Wohnraum mit Wohnküche und einem ruhigen Schlafzimmer zum grünen Innenhof mit großzügigem Balkon.
Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Wanne und ein weiters separates WC. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben braucht.

Die Lage ist wirklich Top! Da die Wohnung zum Innenhof liegt, der einen sehr ruhigen grünen Blick mitten in der City bietet und trotzdem hat man die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür! Zusätzlich gibt es u-Bahn und s-Bahn Station 5 min Flussläufig und mit dem Fahrrad ist man im 10 min am Rhein, zur Königs Allee in 10 min gelaufen und der schöne Volksgarten befindet sich auch nur 5 min entfernt.

Die Wohnung ist ab 1.5. bis 30.6. frei und evtl. auch noch bis Mitte Juli zu haben.
