I'm glad you landed here!

From 1.4. a room is available in our apartment in the most beautiful district of Düsseldorf. It is a 2 Wg with kitchen, bathroom and 2 Wg rooms. The apartment is about 70 square meters and actually has everything you need.
The room is partly furnished and the takeover of the wardrobe and desk would be necessary. Other furniture can also be accepted by agreement.

In the house there is a master house service, i.e. there is no week of worship. :

The price includes rent, electricity, water, heating, master house service and Wlan.

I'm not looking for a purpose Wg, but I'm looking forward to a relaxed, open atmosphere in the Wg, and I think it's nice to do something together. I'm just looking for a roommate.
Here are a few sentences to me:
I am Inka, 22 years old and I am studying marketing and digital media here in Düsseldorf. I like to do sports or take something with friends, go to a bar or dance in the evening and with a Hugo I am always there!
Otherwise, I like to try new cafes, I'm a big Chai Latte fan. I also love Trash TV and good old movies.
I am an open and relaxed person, order and cleanliness are very important to me.

schön, dass du hier gelandet bist!!

Ab dem 1.4. wird in unserer Wohnung im schönsten Stadtteil von Düsseldorf ein Zimmer frei. Es ist eine 2er Wg mit Küche, Bad und 2 Wg Zimmern. Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 Quadratmeter groß und hat eigentlich alles, was man braucht.
Das Zimmer ist teils möbliert und die Übernahme des Schranks und des Schreibtisches wären notwendig. Auch weitere Möbel können gerne nach Absprache übernommen werden.

Im Haus gibt es einen Hausmeisterservice, d.h. es fällt keine Kehrwoche an. :)

Im Preis ist Miete, Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Hausmeisterservice und Wlan enthalten.

Ich suche keine Zweck Wg, sondern freue mich über eine entspannte, offene Atmosphäre in der Wg und fände es schön, wenn man auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternimmt. Ich suche ausschließlich eine Mitbewohnerin.

Hier noch ein paar Sätze zu mir:
