We rent our apartment from 08.03. - 27.06.2025 below. Generally, there are a few days to play. Both a single renter and a community are possible.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom. The facility to be seen in the photos will largely remain in the apartment. Things like games and books can be used. The plants also stay in the apartment and look forward to a bit of affection. A separate washing machine is available in the washing cellar and the storage can be used for drying the laundry.

The apartment is close to the beautiful Volksgarten, within 10 minutes you are in the park. The house stands at Lessingplatz, so you look from the kitchen not in foreign apartments, but has a beautiful view of trees and life on the square (each Thursday is a market of local courtyards).

The bike is available in 15 minutes to the HHU Gardens.
Further connections are as follows: tram lines: 705 (3 minutes walk), 706 (8 min.)
S-Bahn lines: Volksgarten stop (8 min.) with railways S1 and S6; Friedrichstad stop with railways S8, S28 and S11
Düsseldorf Main Station is only 10-15 minutes walk away.
You reach the city centre on foot in 30 minutes, otherwise you simply take the 705 and is in 15 minutes. there.

Directly near (5 min) are a city net and a penny for fast shopping. You need something more in 10 min. at the Lidl or a rewe and even a beverage market can be found there and supplies you with the necessary cold drinks.

As already said, you are super fast in the Volksgarten, sports and simply spending nice hours in the park are no problem.
The city centre is also quickly reached.
In the immediate vicinity is a nice little restaurant (ThreeRaumBistro) and at a nearby Pommesbude you can enjoy something. The typical Düsseldorfer Büdchen are never far away.
