Beautifully located at the most beautiful spot Oberbilks. Directly on the green Lessinplatz (including church, weekly market) and yet within a few minutes walk to the main railway station. Everything the heart needs in the immediate vicinity (bakery, emperor, coffee,...). Parking (residential parks) right in front of the door sufficiently available.

The duration of the intermediate rental is freely selectable (mtl. available from 6 months; from 4 months onwards) and can be extended flexibly. The apartment equipped with parquet floor is fully furnished (bed 1.40m, spacious wardrobe) and well equipped (including kitchen utensils, (new) washing machine, iron/ironing board, coat hangers, etc.). The night storage in the living room was exchanged. The apartment has fast Wi-Fi. Additional service (including cleaning) is welcome if necessary.

The price includes all costs (heating, electricity, internet) (excl. GEZ)!

A visit is possible at any time after appointment. A rental is, of course, also possible without a visit (External, International).

Lage, Lage, Lage

Schön gelegen am schönsten Fleck Oberbilks. Direkt am grünen Lessinplatz (u.a. Kirche, Wochenmarkt) und trotzdem in wenigen Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Alles was das Herz benötigt in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bäckerei, Kaisers, Kaffees,...). Parkplätze (Anwohnerparken) direkt vor der Haustür ausreichend vorhanden.

Die Dauer der Zwischenmiete ist frei wählbar (mtl. mietbar ab 6 Monaten; u.U. ab 4 Monaten) und flexibel verlängerbar. Die mit Parkett ausgestattete Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Bett 1,40m, großzügiger Kleiderschrank) und bestens ausgestattet (inkl. u.a. Küchenutensilien, (neuer) Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen/-brett, Kleiderbügel, usw.). Der Nachtspeicher im Wohnzimmer wurde getauscht. Die Wohnung besitzt schnelles WLAN. Zusätzlicher Service (u.a. Reinigung) gerne bei Bedarf.

Im Preis sind sämtliche Kosten (Heizung, Strom, Internet) enthalten (exkl. GEZ)!

Eine Besichtigung ist nach Terminabsprache jederzeit möglich. Eine Anmietung ist natürlich auch ohne Besichtigung möglich (Auswärtige, Internationals).
