We rent our apartment at the indicated time in the offer. The apartment is fully equipted with high speed internet (we work from home).
The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is NO elevator in the building.
It has one bedroom, bathroom, and one big living room/kitchen space as well as a balcony. It’s bright and spacious.
We are looking for someone responsable and kind who can perferably stay during the whole period.
The rent of 1.250€ includes all costs including internet.
We do not own a TV.
Smoking inside is not allowed.
We speak German, English, Macedonian & Spanish.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und es gibt KEINEN Aufzug im Gebäude.
Sie hat ein Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und einen großen Wohn-/Küchenbereich sowie einen Balkon. Es ist sehr hell und geräumig.
Wir suchen jemanden, der verantwortungsbewusst und freundlich ist und vorzugsweise während der gesamten Zeit bleiben kann.
In der Miete von 1.250€ sind alle Kosten inklusive Internet enthalten.
Wir besitzen keinen Fernseher.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt.
Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Mazedonisch und Spanisch.
The location is perfect, 18min walk to the Altstadt, 15min by tram to the Main Train Station, 26min by bus to the airport. Many diferent tram/bus stations in a walking distance with connections to almost everywhere in the city.
There are a lot of supermarkets, stores, restaurants in our area which are just mins away by foot.

Die Lage ist perfekt, 18 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt, 15 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zum Hauptbahnhof, 26 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Flughafen. Viele verschiedene Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestellen in Laufnähe mit Verbindungen zu fast allen Orten der Stadt.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Umgebung, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind.
