Da wir für mehrere Monate in Japan sind, vermieten wir unsere wunderschöne Erdgeschoss-Wohnung befristet. Die Wohnung hat einen Garten sowie einen Vorgarten und liegt in einer sehr schönen, ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn.
Sie hat eine Fußbodenheizung, die im Winter eine sehr angenehme Wärme erzeugt. Sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein kleines Bad und ein Bad, das im größeren Schlafzimmer integriert ist. Die Wohnung hat eine Badewanne, eine Dusche, Geschirrspüler, Smart TV, WLAN und ist komplett eingerichtet. Der Backofen ist leider defekt und nicht nutzbar - als Alternative zum Ofen gibt es einen Airfryer. Unsere persönlichen Einrichtungsgegenstände werden wir auf Wunsch gerne entfernen.

We are in japan for a couple of months, so we sublet our beautiful groundfloor flat. The flat has a garden, a front yard and it is located in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful housing scheme with friendly neighbours who are always willing to help.
There is an underfloor heating which creates a very comfortable warmth during winter. There are two sleeping rooms. There is a small bath with a shower cabin. Also there is a second bath which is integrated in the bigger sleeping room. There is a bathtub, a shower, washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV, WiFi and the flat is equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately the oven doesnt work, but there is an air fryer as smaller substitute. Our personal items like pictures etc can be removed if wished.

Die Wohnsiedlung liegt direkt an der Heinrich Heine-Universität zwischen dem Botanischen Garten und dem Südpark: Mit ganz viel Natur, Bächen und den zwei größten Seen im inneren Stadtbereich von Düsseldorf. Der Rhein ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Von der Ubahn-Haltestelle "Uni Ost: Botanischer Garten" (ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt) kommt man bequem überall in Düsseldorf hin. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad bzw einem längeren Spaziergang erreichbar (etwa in Bilk oder Wersten).
Die Gegend ist perfekt für Menschen die es ruhig mögen, die Natur lieben und gerne draußen an der frischen Luft sind.

The housing scheme is located directly next to the Heinrich Heine-University between Botanischer Garten and Südpark: With a lot of nature, brooks und the two biggest lakes in the city area of Düsseldorf. The Rhein river is also not far away. From the subway station "Uni Ost: Botanischer Garten" (2 minutes away by feet) you can easily go wherever you want in Düsseldorf. You can reach supermarkets in Wersten or Bilk by car, bike or with a longer stroll.
Its perfect for people who enjoy silence, nature and like to be active outside.
