Long-term employees in a leading position with a large insurance company are looking for a well-maintained 2-room apartment in a central location of Düsseldorf with a balcony or terrace. Schufa (request now) impeccable, non-smoking, no animals & an immutable person. All documents, such as proof of salary, schufa (request now) etc., are available and can be sent on request. I also like to take over an EBK, provided that the previous tenant has a well-maintained model. I look forward to your feedback. Date: the 1.3. would be perfect but would also like to be later.
