Engineer couple looking for apartment in Düsseldorf and surroundings

We, Youssef Khrifech and Meriam Lagha, are a married couple of engineers and are urgently looking for an apartment in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area. Due to our professional situation, both active in permanent jobs, we want to find a home that is both cozy and well located.

Our requirements for the apartment:

*) 2 to 3 rooms (at least 50 m2 of living space)
*) Balcony, terrace or other outer surfaces would be desirable
*) Good connection to public transport
*) Warm rental up to 1200 €
*) Long term rental

About us:
We are a quiet, reliable couple without pets. With our secured income, we offer a stable rental partnership and can provide all necessary documents such as income proofs, Schufa (request now) outings or tenant self-determination upon request. In addition to our professions as engineers, we place great emphasis on a well-maintained home where we can relax and enjoy everyday life.
