my friend Ferhat and I are looking for a nice, centrally located apartment in Düsseldorf from 55 m2 and hope to find our new home on this way.

To us: I am Soraya (25) and work permanently in a staff consultancy where I am just before a promotion. Ferhat (24) studies economic mathematics (M.Sc.) at the University of Cologne and begins a working student activity in April. Our common budget net income is about €3,800. We are quiet and reliable tenants, non-smoking and have no pets. A preferred arrival date would be the 01.05., but we are flexible. Of course, we can provide all necessary documents such as Schufa (request now) information, proof of salary and proof of rent – on request also a guarantee from our parents.

mein Freund Ferhat und ich sind auf der Suche nach einer schönen, zentral gelegenen Wohnung in Düsseldorf ab 55 m² und hoffen, auf diesem Weg unser neues Zuhause zu finden.

Zu uns: Ich bin Soraya (25) und arbeite unbefristet in einer Personalberatung, wo ich kurz vor einer Beförderung stehe. Ferhat (24) studiert Wirtschaftsmathematik (M.Sc.) an der Universität zu Köln und beginnt im April eine Werkstudententätigkeit. Unser gemeinsames Haushaltsnettoeinkommen beträgt ca. 3.800 €. Wir sind ruhige und zuverlässige Mieter, Nichtraucher und haben keine Haustiere. Ein bevorzugter Einzugstermin wäre der 01.05., allerdings sind wir flexibel. Selbstverständlich können wir alle notwendigen Unterlagen wie Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, Gehaltsnachweise und Mietzahlungsnachweise bereitstellen – auf Wunsch auch eine Bürgschaft unserer Eltern.
