for my 2ZW in Düsseldorf Flingern I am looking for a rental agent (m/w/d). the apartment is practically divided, has two bright rooms, a dining kitchen, a small hallway and a bathroom with shower tub.

Pull in and feel comfortable. I like to hand over the following furniture to the renter (m/w/d):

- EBK
- Dining table with chair group
- sofa set
- shelf in the living room
- Wine boxes as shelf
- wardrobe
- 3x ceiling lamps

Price: 1.200,00 Euro VB

I currently pay all in all, i.e. cold rental, electricity, gas and internet round about 700,00 Euro. The landlord told me to carefully increase prices. My contracts for internet, electricity and gas can be easily accepted. They cost a total of about 110,00 euros. I'd like to check it out again.

The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a multi-family house. Businesses of daily needs are within walking distance, as are public transport. The tenant community is quiet.
