Reliable couple looking for apartment from 01.05.2025 Zuverlässiges Ehepaar sucht Wohnung ab 01.05.2025

We (29 and 33 years old, married) are looking for a new apartment in Frankfurt am Main due to a professional move. However, preference is given to other locations in the Bergen-Enkheim, Fechenheim, Ostend or Seckbach districts, provided the connection is good.

We are looking for a bright and well maintained apartment with at least 2.5 rooms and from 60 m2 of living space. It would be important for us to have a balcony or terrace, ideally also a fitted kitchen. Our budget is at a maximum of €1,300.

A new professional start is ahead: At 01.05.2025, one person will arrive at an indefinite full-time post in Frankfurt, the other person will be studying. A regulated income is available.

We are non-smoking, without pets and place great emphasis on a quiet, neat living environment.

A move would be possible from 01.05.2025 – if necessary also later.

Wir (29 und 33 Jahre alt, verheiratet) suchen aufgrund eines beruflich bedingten Umzugs eine neue Wohnung in Frankfurt am Main. Bevorzugt in den Stadtteilen Bergen-Enkheim, Fechenheim, Ostend oder Seckbach – sind jedoch auch für andere Lagen offen, sofern die Anbindung gut ist.

Wir suchen eine helle und gepflegte Wohnung mit mindestens 2,5 Zimmern und ab 60 m² Wohnfläche. Wichtig wäre uns ein Balkon oder eine Terrasse, idealerweise auch eine Einbauküche. Unser Budget liegt bei maximal 1.300 € warm.

Ein beruflicher Neuanfang steht bevor: Eine Person tritt zum 01.05.2025 eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle in Frankfurt an, die andere Person befindet sich im Studium. Ein geregeltes Einkommen ist vorhanden.

Wir sind Nichtraucher, ohne Haustiere und legen großen Wert auf ein ruhiges, ordentliches Wohnumfeld.

Ein Einzug wäre ab dem 01.05.2025 möglich – bei Bedarf auch später.
