Ich suche am liebsten Studierende, die meine Wohnung übernehmen wollen und auch die darin enthaltene Küche inklusive Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank (ungefähr 800 Eur). Zusätzlich gäbe es weitere Möbel.
Es gibt einen kleinen Garten im Hinterhof und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne.
Du hättest eine super Anbindung nach Berlin mit 7 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof und auch im Stadtzentrum bist du in 10 Minuten mit Bus oder Fahrrad. Auch der Wald-campus ist in 10 Minten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Zusätzlich ist ein Rewe und dm gleich um die Ecke, sowie das Kino und ein indisches Restaurant. Solltest du Ruhe brauchen ist der Wald und die Drehnitzwiesen auch keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The Wald-campus is also 10 minutes away by bike. In addition, a Rewe and dm is just around the corner, as well as the cinema and an Indian restaurant. If you need peace and quiet, the forest and the Drehnitzwiesen are also less than 5 minutes away on foot.
Ich würde auch dem Vermieter empfehlen und ihr müsstet Schufa (request now) , Einkommensnachweis oder Bürgschaft vorweisen.
