I am looking for the next tenant for this 2-room flat located in Eppelheim on the 2nd floor (top floor) of a family house in a very quiet area. The flat has 45 m² living area (surface area 60 m²). The kitchen is nicely equipped (sink, oven, electric plates and a small fridge), and has space for a big dining table.
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine jetzige 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Eppelheim am 2. OG eines Einfamilienhaus in einer sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung is ca 45 qm mit Dachschrägen (60 qm Bodenfläche). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (Elektrokochplatte, Backofen, Kühlschrank) mit genug Raum für ein großen Esstisch.
The flat is located in south Eppelheim (Erzbergerstr.). It takes about ten minutes by foot to reach the "Kirchheimerstrasse" tram/bus stop (line 22 to Heidelberg and 713 to Schwetzingen). You can reach city centre or INF in 30 min by either tram or bike.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Süd-Eppelheim (Erzbergerstr.). Die "Kirchheimer Strasse" Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestelle (Linie 22 nach Bismarckplatz und 713 nach Schwetzingen) ist 10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Heidelberg Stadtmitte oder das Neuenheimer Feld ist 20-30min mit Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn erreichbar.
The flat also includes some shared space (with landlady) in the basement, ideal for storage and laundry. The small garden is also ideal for barbecues on sunny days. There is also some space to park bikes. The landlady is very nice and speaks German and Spanish and would prefer singles to rent the flat. Minimal german speaking needed. No animal allowed, no smoking.
The flat is available from May 2020 (earlier possible) and is mostly unfurnished. It is possible to take over some of the current furniture and electro devices for a reasonable price (washing machine, sofa, dining table, chairs, bed, etc.).
Das Untergeschoss ist mit der Vermieterin geteilt und ist ideal zum waschen und Wäsche aufhängen. Außerdem gibt es auch ein bisschen Platz um so manche Sachen zu lagern. Der kleine Garten ist auch perfekt zum Grillen im Sommer. Es gibt auch ein Fahrradstellplatz im Hinterhof. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und kann Deutsch und Spanisch sprechen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Alleinstehende geeignet. Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Nur für Nichtraucher.
Die Wohnung ist ab Mai 2020 (früher auch möglich) verfügbar und unmöbliert. Es ist jedoch möglich, die aktuellen Möbel und Elektrogeräte für einen guten Preis zu übernehmen (Sofa, Esstisch, Bett, Waschmaschine, Stühle, usw), natürlich verhandelbar.
