SUBLET - Greatly located apartement ( Females only)

Subletting my room from now until the end of May.

The room is furnished with a bed, side table with lampe, a desk with a chair, a bookshelf, mirrors, a big dresser and a clothes hanger all left for your use.

The house is also equipped with everything, kitchen appliances, microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine. There is an extra couch room with dining table and the house is shared with one female roommate.

It is around 7 min away from the bus stop and around 15 min away from the city center. It is a very calm and clean neighborhood, near a forest where a person can go a walk or a run. 

City registration will be possible if you are an FAU student! Otherwise possible without it.

Ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab sofort bis Ende Mai unter.

Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, einem Nachttisch mit Lampe, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einem Bücherregal, Spiegeln, einer großen Kommode und einem Kleiderbügel ausgestattet.

Das Haus ist mit allen Küchengeräten, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Toaster und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Es gibt ein zusätzliches Sofazimmer mit Esstisch. Das Haus wird mit einer Mitbewohnerin geteilt.

Lage: Ca. 7 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle und ca. 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Es ist eine sehr ruhige und saubere Gegend, in der Nähe eines Waldes, der zum Spazierengehen und Joggen einlädt.

Die Anmeldung ist für Studierende der FAU möglich! Ansonsten auch ohne Anmeldung.
