Die Wohnung ist in einem schoenen Altbau mit guter Waermeisolation und hohen Decken (~3.5 m), mit einem kleinen Garten im Hinterhof. Es gehoert auch ein kleiner Lagerraum im Treppenhaus dazu.
Das Apartment ist derzeit voellstaendig moebliert, inklusive einer vollstaendig ausgestatteten Kueche mit Elektroherd, Kuehlschrank und Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Bett, einen Schreibtisch, Stuehle, Schraenke etc. Diese Austattung gehoert nicht zur Wohnung, aber der Nachmieter kann sie kostenlos teilweise oder ganze uebernehmen.
Sehr zentrale Lage am Dresdener Platz. Zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 5 min zu Fuss, rundum sind ein Supermarkt, Baeckerei, Geschaefte etc.
