Wohnung mit Ausblick :)

Hallo :)

aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich meine Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 01.02.2025 bis 15.04.2025!

Dieser Zeitraum kann MAXIMAL um 2,3 Tage variieren.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und mit dem Fahrrad oder der Bahn erreicht man die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten.

Im Gebäude befindet sich zudem eine Rewe.

Insgesamt ist es eine ruhige Gegend, trotz des Rewes und auch Besucher finden jederzeit einen Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Die Wohnung hat zudem einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz und einen großen Balkon, von dem man die Aussicht genießen kann.

Zu bedenken ist jedoch, dass es aufgrund des Bahnhofs West immer mal wieder lauter werden kann aufgrund der dort fahrenden Züge.

Neben der ersten Monatsmiete wird gleichzeitig eine Kaution fällig!

Die Preise/ Kosten sind fix und beinhalten alle anfallenden Nebenkosten und die Nutzung der Einrichtung.

due to a stay abroad I rent my apartment for the period from 01.02.2025 to 15.04.2025!

This period can MAXIMALLY vary by 2 or 3 days.

The apartment is centrally located and you can reach the city center in 10 minutes by bike or train.

There is also a Rewe (supermarket) in the building.

Overall, it is a quiet area, despite the Rewe and visitors will always find a parking space in front of the door.

The apartment also has an underground parking space and a large balcony from which you can enjoy the view.

However, it should be borne in mind that it can get noisier from time to time due to the trains passing through Bahnhof West.

In addition to the first month's rent, a deposit is also due!

The prices/costs are fixed and include all incidental costs and the use of the facilities.
