Du würdest in einer großzügigen, gemütlichen Wohnung (2 Zimmer-Küche-Bad) wohnen. Beide Zimmer sind sehr hell und die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet. Das Schlafzimmer ist etwa 14qm groß und liegt nach hinten raus und ist daher sehr ruhig. Das Wohnzimmer hat etwa 20qm. Daran angrenzend kann man es sich auf dem großen Südbalkon mit Markise gemütlich machen. Das Tageslichtbad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Im geräumigen Flur gibt es zudem viel Stauraum. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet inklusive Küchenutensilien (außer Kaffeemaschine :)). Die Wohnung ist, so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, teilmöbliert, d.h. dass alles da ist, was notwendig ist.
This apartment offers wide, open space with a lot of light, including a big balcony in southern direction. With two separate rooms (14qm & 20qm) it offers the possibility to be shared by two to three people. The corridor contains generous storage space. The apartment is sufficiently equipped with all you need, the same as you can see on the pictures. Also the kitchen contains everything that is needed for cooking and eating (except coffee machine, yet :)).
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Eschersheim. Zu Fuß kann man die Bahnlinien 1, 2, 3 und 8 in nur 2 Minuten an der Station "Weisser Stein" erreichen, die zu Hauptverkehrszeiten im 2-Minutentakt Richtung Innenstadt fahren (dauert 12min). Einen Parkplatz findet man ohne Probleme. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Sackgasse und die Wohnung ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Ausser zu Zeiten des Schulbetriebs kann es lauter werden, da eine Schule direkt nebenan ist. Ein Bioladen, Postamt, Bäckerei, Eisdiele und Schnellimbisse befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. In 5 Minuten erreicht man die Nidda, die zu Spaziergängen im Naherholungsgebiet einlädt.
Quiet neighborhood in Eschersheim, in a street with very infrequent traffic. A school and a church are located next door. For relaxation, parks, fields and a river are very close within five minutes walk. Nevertheless, it takes 2min walk to reach the metro station "Weisser Stein" (line 1,2,3,8) that brings you to the center within 12min. An organic supermarket, a post office, fast food restaurants etc. are directly at the next corner.
Aus beruflichen Gründen ziehe ich aus Frankfurt weg und gebe kurzfirstig meine Wohnung für den Monat Mai zur Untermiete ab. Du kannst mich gerne tagsüber zwischen 8.00 und 22.00h telefonisch erreichen, um einen Besichtigungstermin für nächste Woche zu vereinbaren.
