Rental for 2 months: 3 room apartment in the Gutleutviertel Untermiete für 2 Monate: 3 Zimmerwohnung im Gutleutviertel

The renovated old building with new kitchen and bathroom is located in a quiet street five minutes from the main railway station (behind the Hbf). I will work for two months elsewhere because of my job and therefore seek max. two responsible, nice and quiet sub-renters. The apartment is rented as in the photos and is fully equipped. There is also a washing dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is very well equipped. The smaller bedroom has roller shutters and a built-in wardrobe. In the house live a total of five parties and it is very quiet.

I would be very happy to find someone who respectfully deals with my things and takes care of the apartment reliably :)

The rent is inclusive Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating etc. 1500 €

Die sanierte Altbauwohnung mit neuer Küche und Bad befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße fünf Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt (hinter dem Hbf). Ich werde wegen meinem Job für zwei Monate woanders arbeiten und suche deswegen max. zwei verantwortungsbewusste, nette und ruhige UntermieterInnen. Die Wohnung wird so wie auf den Fotos vermietet und ist komplett ausgestattet. Zur Verfügung steht auch ein Waschtrockner und eine Spülmaschine. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer hat Rollläden und einen eingebauten Schrank. In dem Haus wohnen insgesamt fünf Parteien und es ist sehr ruhig.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn sich jemand finden lässt, der respektvoll mit meinen Dingen umgeht und sich zuverlässig um die Wohnung kümmert :)

Die Miete beträgt insgesamt inkl. WLAN, Strom, Wasser, Heizung usw. 1500€
