Location Europaplatz, 4 minutes walk from AKH, MC3, MC4 perfect for Famulaturen/Praktikum/Ferialjob.

Rent is normally €500 I rent the apartment cheaper as I need someone who in this time my dear Kater Cisu (photos at the end) so in the best case feeds someone who is here all the time and does not drive home over the weekend (1-2 nights the cat alone stops).

The room can also be rented a few days earlier/longer after consultation. There is an oven, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, air conditioner and fan if it is too warm.

Deposit €500.

The apartment is located at Europaplatz, close to the University Hospital.

Usually the rent is €500 but lowered the rent, as I need someone to feed and look after my dear cat Cisu (picture in the end). So it would be great to find someone that is in the apartment most of the time (he can survive one or two nights by himself though).

If required the room can be rent a few days earlier/longer. The apartment includes a stove, dish washer, laundry machine, vacuum cleaner, a fan and a mobile air condition if required.

A deposit of €500 is needed.

Vermiete mein WG Zimmer um €433, 15m2 von 22.8 bis 31.9

Lage Europaplatz, 4 Gehminuten vom AKH, MC3, MC4 perfekt für Famulaturen/Praktikum/Ferialjob.

Miete ist normalerweise €500 Ich vermiete die Wohnung billiger da ich jemanden benötige der in dieser Zeit meinen lieben Kater Cisu (Fotos am Ende) füttert also im besten Fall jemanden der die gesamte Zeit auch hier ist und nicht übers Wochenende heim fährt (1-2 Nächte hält der Kater alleine aus).

Das Zimmer kann nach Absprache auch ein paar Tage früher/länger gemietet werden. Es gibt einen Backofen, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Klimagerät und Ventilator falls es zu warm ist.

Kaution €500.
